CONSENT TO MAKE INQUIRIES

(applicable for automated display of customer information for identification on Ameriabank CJSC Real Estate Management Platform and provision of services thereunder)

I hereby give my consent that:

  1. Subject to the laws of the Republic of Armenia, including the Republic of Armenia Law on Personal Data Protection, I give my consent that Ameriabank CJSC (the “Bank”) has the right to make inquiries, receive and use (including, but not limited to placing the information in the documents used by the Bank, analyzing and assessing it, etc.) the information about me, as well as the information about the real estate owned by me that is specified in Ameriabank CJSC public document titled Information Obtained by Ameriabank CJSC for Identification on the Real Estate Management Platform and Provision of Services Thereunder, without giving prior notice to me and obtaining additional consent, from government agencies of the Republic of Armenia, including, but not limited to, the Cadastre Committee of the Republic of Armenia, relevant authorities via E-Governance Infrastructure Implementation Agency CJSC, for the purpose of identifying me, as well as automatically displaying the information received with respect to the real estate owned by me on the real estate management platform (in other remote service systems used by me, if any), for the following purposes: (i) for me to use the services available through the given system(s), (ii) to build legal relationships in the scope of such services, (iii) to draw up/generate agreements, applications, as well as (iv) to submit proposals for the provision of services offered by the Bank, whether at the initiative of the Bank or my initiative.

  2. I am aware that providing this consent is mandatory for the above mentioned purpose, it is applicable from the time I give it and is valid throughout the period when the application for a service available with respect to the above specified purpose is reviewed, and throughout the entire duration of legal relationships between the Bank and me if such relationships arise with respect to any banking service.

  3. I have read the text of this consent and the Bank’s public document Information Obtained by Ameriabank CJSC for Identification on the Real Estate Management Platform and Provision of Services Thereunder. The meaning of this consent is clear and acceptable to me and it is given of my own free will.

  4. I’ve been informed that where there are legal reasons prescribed by the Republic of Armenia laws and regulations, I can submit a written application to the Bank at any time to revoke my consents to receiving, processing, keeping, using my personal data by the Bank and other consents given by me in this document. I am aware that the Bank will review and process such application in the manner and within the time frames provided for by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Armenia and/or internal regulations of the Bank. I am also informed that in case I revoke my consent, the provision of services to me by the Bank may be limited and/or terminated.

  5. I’ve been informed that where there are legal reasons prescribed by the Republic of Armenia laws and regulations, I may submit a written application to terminate updating, deletion and/or processing of my personal data provided to the Bank, and the Bank will review and process such application in the manner and within the time frames provided for by the laws and regulations of the Republic of Armenia and/or internal regulations of the Bank.

  6. At the same time, I acknowledge and confirm that I possess the required authority to independently manage the real estate owned by me entirely (to perform any actions in relation to them), even if it is co-owned, and I shall bear full responsibility for any potential legal consequences in the manner and in accordance with the conditions stipulated by the laws of the Republic of Armenia should I provide false information or misrepresentation.
